Hot and Sour Fish Head Bee Hoon Soup
Well, they have plenty of lemon grass in there and it is sour but not spicy. They put some Chilli Padi and cabbage inside the soup. Their deep fried fish head is NICE. The bee hoon is superb.
Fish Fillet Bee Hoon Soup
They have some vegetables, seaweed, deep fried fish fillet and been hoon with the soup. Gal loves it and I try the fillet. It is quite nice.
Singapore Bee Hoon
Hubby had this and he say he still prefer gal fish fillet been hoon soup. I did not try so no comment. hahhahhahahah
