Chicken and Corn Soup
This chicken and corn soup is a creamy soup. If you love creamy type of soup, you will definitely love this. You will definitely taste the chunky carrot, chicken dice, onion and carrot inside the soup. The bun is very crunchy at the outer part and soft in the interior.

MAIN COURSE
As for the main course you can choose from either one of the following:
David Brown's Restaurant & Tea Terrace @ Penang Hill, Penang.
David's Roast Poulet
It is basically the roasted chicken maryland. I believed that this roasted chicken has been marinated with several different spices. Then it was coasted with different type of spices gravy. The gravy itself has a very strong herbs aroma. Actually I prefer to have it without the gravy.
The side dish for this main course consist of corn, steam vegetables (carrot & cauliflower) and roasted herbs potatoes.
OR

Pan seared grouper
For the fish lover, perhaps you can try this pan seared grouper. The grouper is not too dry at all. It came with the fish roe, steam vegetable (cauliflower, broccoli and carrot), wasabi mayo and potato croquette.
I love the wasabi mayo especially it goes well with the potato croquette.

Herb crusted rack of lamb
The lamb is well coated with different kind of herbs. The plate of lamb that we savored was cooked to medium rare. The side dish to go with this dish is potato fondant, steam vegetable (cauliflower, broccoli and carrot), corn and lamb sauce.

Desserts are irresistible and is the favourite to most people. So am I. With this Christmas menu, you are entitle to savour the chocolate brownie. The brownie is being served warm and came with single scoop of caffee vergnano 1882 espresso chocolate ice cream. Just hope that they can serve double scoop of the ice cream. Yummylicious!

Chicken Veloute with eryngii mushroom soup
This soup is a bit mild if you compare to the creamy type of soup. However, I love this soup very much. The soup is top with two slices of chicken breast and eryngii mushroom + chive.

MAIN COURSE

As for the main course you can choose from either one of the following:
David Brown's Restaurant & Tea Terrace @ Penang Hill, Penang.
Traditional roast turkey breast
Traditionally, Christmas usually will lead you to turkey. This main course consists of slices of roast turkey breast with purified apple chutney and gravy. It's hard to differentiate between apple chutney and gravy from the photo as both colour are rather close. Apple chutney tastes rather sweet. The side dish for this main course consist of toasted herb potato, broccoli and cherry tomatoes.
