OH LAY EE Hokkien Mee @ Presgrave Street Ghaut, Penang.

If my hubby did not bring me to this Hokkien Mee shop, I think I will never get to know this Hokkien Mee stall. It is actually not hard to find this place.
They operate as early as 5am in the morning till 11:40am only. They closed on every Tuesday and also 1st and 15th of Chinese calender.
When I arrived, it was about 7:30am and was almost full house but we managed to get a small table by ourselves.

Hokkien Mee with yellow noodles

FoOd PaRaDiSe verdict:

The hokkien mee broth is very fragrant and tastes delicious. Each table they place a bottle of chili. If you want more spiciness, you can add more chilies paste. This is good for someone who cannot take too spicy food. They can just adjust the amount of chilies paste to suits their taste buds. Both with and without chilies paste taste great. The services are very good and the owner are very friendly too!
