Jalan Jalan Cari Makan at Balik Pulau - Part 2

After having some laksa, we drove around and looking for the third mural art. At first we drove passed and miss it. And we end up drove to other place passing thru some padi fields which we did not get the chance to stop as lots of car behind us. But when we turned back as thinking to visit other places, we finally spotted the third mural.

After that we drive towards Teluk Bahang direction and we get to stop by Balik Pulau Lodge for the art mural. But we were too full for the hakka food this time. Perhaps next time will drop by for their hakka dishes.

They also selling kocabi ice-cream. They have 12 different flavours. Since it is quite a hot day, we decided to get some ice creams. So 3 of us get to try durian, passionfruit and dark chocolate flavours.

Kim Seng Kopitiam

After chatting with the owner of the previous shop. They introduced us to Kim Seng Kopitiam. They told hubby must try their laksa, Char Koay Teow and Pasembur. Well, to be frankly, both my gal and I was looking at each other when hubby said since we were in Balik Pulau might as well go and try out.

After we were seated, we just realised that this shop were formerly beside old market.

The siam laksa is very lemak type of laksa. But it has a very fragrant smell of aroma. My gal sips the first taste and she doesn't like it but after a spoonful of it, she started to like it.

They also served fried rice. However, it is a long wait for the char koay tiaw. There are many customers dine in and also take away. Since we were not hungry with all the foods we had. We decided to wait. It took us around 20 minutes. Hubby loves the way the owner handle the food. It is very hygiene.
The Char koay Tiaw is something different. By the way, they were using charcoal to cook this char koay tiaw the modern way.
