Eam Huat Restaurant Sdn Bhd

Location: No. 352, Jalan Jelutong, 11600 Penang.
Tel: 04-2815969, 04-2817068
Last Sunday, we went to this restaurant to have our dinner. Hubby has been mentioned about this restaurant long long time ago. This restaurant has been around for many years. The restaurant is with air condition and the environment is not bad.

Eam Huat Restaurant

Braised sea cucumber stuffed with fish meat and decorate with deep fried quail eggs and broccoli

This is one of their signature dishes. It is recommended by the waitress there. At first we thought that the braised sea cucumber is stuff with mince meat as most of the restaurant do that but we were told by the waitress that their sea cucumber is stuffed with fish meat.
The sea cucumber is not bad. My gal loves the deep fried quail. lol We did not get the chance to savour it at all.

Chinese herbal soup
The soup tastes delicious. My gal loves it very much. She drink 3 bowls of this. lol

Stir Fry mini french bean with mushroom

Garlic chicken

This is one of the restaurant signature dishes too. The chicken has very strong garlic aroma. It is very delicious and the chicken is very tender.
We will definitely go back to this restaurant again to try out their other signature dishes (Braised Pork Trotter, Curry Fish...).

My last visit to Ean Huat was years back, when my family gave me a treat at the time I entering University.:)
The food there is good, just a bit pricey.

The braised sea cucumber and the quail eggs look like sausage and fish ball to me! But it looks attractive although I don't really like to eat sea cucumber.
