Kedai Makan & Minum Sin Hoe Peng @ King Street, Penang

Location: King Street (Same row to The Sire Restaurant)
We wanted to try out their Koay Tiaw Th'ng for a long longggggggggg time. But each time we went there, the shop is close. You know why?
It is because we went there during weekend. :P
So during one week day, we went down to town to try out the Koay Tiaw Th'ng which we found out that this shop is only open on week days. If not mistaken, their business hours are from 11.00am to 2.30pm. By the time we got there, we found that a lot of people are sitting inside the coffee shop waiting for their KTT. Lucky, we managed to find a place to sit down. lol

Entrance of the shop
Reminder: Please order your drinks, if not you will be charge with minimum of RM0.30 per customer.
We order Dried Koay Tiaw with soup and Bee Chai Bak Th'ng:
Dried version of Koay Tiaw
After mixing of dried Koay Tiaw
I had the dried version. And it tastes nice. The Koay Tiaw is very thin and smooth.

Soup for the Dried Koay Tiaw
My gal loves the soup very much. And she kept asking for more. There are lots of ingredients in there - fish balls, meat ball, vegetables, minced pork, pork liver..........
And the soup base is very tasty.

Bee Chai Bak
Hubby had this and hubby comments that their bee chai bak taste nice and the soup taste is excellent. lol
Overall, their foods are excellent, will definitely go back again. As all of us love it very much. But too bad..... it is just operates on weekday. :P

Gill love KTT with innards. We will make an effort to try. By the way, there is a Char Koay Teow at the kopitiam. Whenever I pass by that area, it seems to be very fragrant. Is it good?

Jason Wong - Please go and try it out. I am not sure whether you are referring to the coffee shop (CITY RIO CAFE) at the corner of King St. and Bishop Street. I tried the uncle fried rice (along King St. road side) b4 and it tastes very nice but have not post the review yet.

Oh wow... the bowl is brimming with stuff!! I'm not a huge fan of innards but even I can tell this is seriously good KTT... the kind that sick people cannot eat!

this is one of my favourite KTT. And it's the only stall that I need to take leave to eat it, if am yearning for it. :)
